Warehouse Worker – Poland

We are recruiting dependable Warehouse Workers for employment opportunities in Poland. The successful candidates will assist with the movement, organisation, packing and dispatch of products within a warehouse or logistics facility. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, unloading goods, checking products for damage, sorting and labelling items, arranging stock on shelves or pallets, picking orders, packing products and preparing shipments. Workers may also assist with inventory counts and maintain clean and safe working areas. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production-focused environment and meeting daily quality and productivity standards. Work may be organised in day, evening, night or rotating shifts.

Open to eligible international candidates, subject to Polish work-permit and visa requirements Must possess a valid passport Must be medically and physically fit for manual work Ability to lift, carry, pack and arrange warehouse goods safely Willingness to work flexible or rotating shifts Basic English communication skills are preferred Previous experience in warehousing, order fulfilment, logistics, manufacturing or packaging is an advantage Ability to follow workplace instructions and health and safety procedures Good teamwork, time management and attention to detail Must be punctual, responsible and committed to completing the employment contract Forklift, pallet-jack or barcode-scanner experience is an added advantage
