About the Role

Drive taxis in Dubai or Sharjah after screening, employer approval and completion of applicable permit, medical, biometric and visa requirements. This is not a guaranteed-salary vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe and professional passenger transport
Follow UAE road, operator and customer-service standards
Maintain trip and vehicle records as required
Work according to the verified operator schedule and commission structure

Requirements & Qualifications

Valid driving licence
Suitable driving experience and safety record
Functional English and customer-service ability
Pass NovaLink pre-screening and the UAE employer's virtual interview

Compensation & Benefits

Commission-based earnings
Actual earnings depend on the verified commission structure, trips completed, work schedule and written contract

UAE Recruitment Process

This appointment-led process covers screening, the UAE employer interview, entry-permit processing, medical and document attestation, biometrics, visa processing, orientation and deployment. Documents are requested only after officer guidance.
