About the Role

NovaLink Global Solutions is recruiting certified Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurses for accredited hospitals and healthcare facilities across Germany. Selected candidates will participate in direct employer interviews and receive structured relocation, language support, and professional credential recognition (Anerkennung).

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct specialised nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
Monitor vital life support equipment, ventilators, and hemodynamic parameters
Administer critical care medications, blood products, and specialised infusions
Work closely with hospital intensivists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain comprehensive clinical records following German hospital protocols

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Nursing
ICU Certification
Minimum B1 language proficiency
Valid Nursing Licence / NCK registration
ICU experience is an added advantage
Valid Passport (or willingness to apply)

Compensation & Benefits

Processing Time: 4 Months
Interview Process: Employer to conduct interviews directly
Direct hospital contract with EU Blue Card / Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship
