About the Role

NovaLink Global Solutions is recruiting Agricultural Workers for commercial farms, fruit orchards, and modern greenhouse complexes in Serbia. Excellent European placement opportunity with full work permit sponsorship and housing provided.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate, plant, tend, prune, and harvest agricultural crops, fruits, and vegetables
Operate in greenhouse facilities and open field environments
Sort, grade, package, and label harvested produce for transport and retail distribution
Assist with routine farm maintenance, irrigation management, and field upkeep
Adhere strictly to farm safety guidelines and food hygiene standards

Requirements & Qualifications

Open to eligible international applicants subject to Serbian work-permit approval
Valid Passport
Physically fit and medically capable of performing farm duties
Ability to work outdoors and in greenhouses across flexible shifts
Basic English communication skills
Previous farming, agriculture, or manual labour experience is an advantage
Clean conduct record and commitment to completing contract terms

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: RSD 85,000 – 115,000 per month (approx. EUR 750 – 1,000)
Visa & Work Permit Sponsorship provided
Employer-provided or subsidised accommodation
Transport to work sites and medical insurance coverage
Contract with renewal potential
